How to Buy and Watch Your Livestream
After payment is received for the purchased ticket(s), you should receive 2 emails, the first is to confirm payment is received, and this will include a link to the booking, containing the ticket(s). The second will be sent directly from ConcertDirectory with the link to the show.
If for some reason only the payment received email arrives, you can use it's link to your booking, and you should see the purchased tickets. The tickets will have a QR code (leading directly to the show page), as well as a field where you can copy the link from.
Note that these links contain a signature used to prevent tampering, and its usage is tracked to prevent misuse. The tracking only initiates 10 minutes before the show starts, and ends August 31st 2025, allowing 1 use.

Sodra betaling vir die gekoopte kaartjie(s) ontvang is, behoort jy twee e-posse te ontvang. Die eerste e-pos bevestig dat betaling ontvang is, en dit sal ’n skakel bevat na jou bespreking, wat die kaartjie(s) insluit. Die tweede e-pos sal direk van ConcertDirectory af gestuur word met die skakel na die vertoning.
As jy om een of ander rede net die e-pos ontvang wat bevestig dat betaling ontvang is, kan jy die skakel in daardie e-pos gebruik om jou bespreking te sien. Jy sal die gekoopte kaartjies daar kan sien. Die kaartjies het ’n QR-kode (wat direk na die vertoningsbladsy lei), sowel as ’n veld waar jy die skakel kan kopieer.
Let daarop dat hierdie skakels ’n handtekening bevat om te voorkom dat daar daarmee gepeuter word. Gebruik van die skakel word gemonitor om misbruik te voorkom. Die monitering begin eers 10 minute voor die vertoning begin, en eindig op 31 Augustus 2025. Elke skakel kan net een keer gebruik word.
