No User Account Required for the ATKV Applous

You do not need to create a user account on the ConcertDirectory platform to access the ATKV Applous livestreams. Tickets will be sent to your email address with a direct link to the show.

Buying tickets for other people?

Each ticket will be sent separately by email with the direct link to the show. You will be able to forward the email or just the link to the show. They will then be able to click the link to watch the show.

Live status checking of ticket status

To ease the process of checking if the payment has been received, a green button will appear after clicking on "Buy Tickets". With the window that opens on the green button, you can see the status of the ticket, and if the payment has been received, the tickets will be available with their links. The green button will be available while you have an active session, about 120 minutes after the last page load.

Tickets have limited use

When the livestream starts, the use of the tickets will be limited. Prior to that time, it can be confirmed that the link works, but do not share the link freely and expect the link to work on more than one device.

Payments using PayFast

Payments are handled by PayFast, on the next screen, and they will confirm with us that the payment went through. As soon as they confirm, the tickets will be sent to you via email, at the address entered above. It may happen that the email ends up in the Spam Folder, so check there first before contacting us for support. Usually, the tickets will arrive within 5-10 minutes after the payment goes through, but it may take longer when many tickets are being sent.

Privacy

The details supplied here will only be shared with PayFast for payment processing, and within ConcertDirectory it will only be stored for the purpose of delivering the service, which may include support. After the shows, the relevant details will be destroyed, and thus will not remain indefinitely in our database.
